Ordering

You are free to fill your cart, remove an item, change quantities, add a product and select a delivery method by clicking the corresponding buttons before making the payment and ordering. Once ready to order, regular information on your order will be requested. Billing information, delivery and payment filled in and confirmed, a summary will appear so you can re-check your order information, change your selection or correct any errors before finalizing your purchase. Shipping & Delivery

Your order is delivered to the delivery address you provided during the order process. Different delivery modes are available on the website depending on the delivery destinations.

You can track your delivery on your member account on LUX-OUTDOOR Site. For orders as a guest, we will send you an e-mail notification and when available a carrier tracking number will be provided.

Returns & Replacements

Prior to any return of a product or retraction, you must give notice by sending the completed and signed form to our customer service. The products could be return to us within 14 days, in perfect condition and in their original packaging with their documents, placed in a clean cardboard box to allow renewed commercialisation of these products. The opening of the products making these products unsuitable for any subsequent commercialisation, we will not refund, return or exchange products that have been opened, damaged, or whose original packaging is unsealed. We do not accept returns with postage due or against reimbursement. Refunds are processed as of the date of recovery of products.

Pricing & Promotions

The prices displayed on LUX-OUTDOOR Site are those in effect at the time of placing the order and include value added tax, they are all tax inclusive in euro. The selling price does not include delivery. The price of delivery is clearly displayed and is calculated when adding products to the cart. It varies with the postcode of your delivery, the selected mode of transport, the contents of your cart, and indicated before the confirmation of the order. You may benefit from promotional offers on certain products, they still apply for a specified period and for the stock available.
